At least 2 year experience of managing team of 10+ engineers.

Experience in architecture definition, detailed design, design analysis using formal methods & complete hardware development cycle

Development of mixed signal, high speed board design in embedded domain

Drive project technically experience working on all stages of project development lifecycle

Experience in managing multiple projects

Adept at metrics driven project management

Shall be able to set & manage customer expectations

Technical Skill:-

Strong fundamentals & problem solving skill

Mixed signal and high speed board designing

Knowledge of DSP/ Micro controller and various interfaces like Video, Audio, Ethernet, USB, I2C, SPI

Power Supply design

Knowledge of various tools like ORCAD, ALLEGRO, PADS, HyperLynx

Should be familiar to lab instruments like Multi- meters, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Logic analyzer etc

Willingness to learn new processes and technologies

(HMSI) a 100% subsidiary of Honda Motor Company Ltd., Japan, in 1999. Since its establishment in 1999 at Manesar, District-Gurgaon, Haryana, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. has been following a policy of offering products of the highest quality at a reasonable price. Current products include Activa, Aviator, Dio in scooters and CB Twister, CB Shine, CBF Stunner, CBF Stunner (PGM-FI), CB Unicorn and the newly launched CB Unicorn Dazzler in motorcycles. To expand the culture of fun-biking, Honda has also introduced CBR 1000RR Fireblade, CB 1000R & VFR 1200F in the Indian market. Designation Unit Leader - VAT / Excise

Job Description 1. Preparation of monthly VAT /entry tax return/Excise Return.

2. Checking of VAT and Cenvat input credit as per KVAT and Excise and Service tax laws

3. Control issuance of forms ie C-from and e-sugams etc

4. Collect necessary forms from customers related to sales agst forms

5. Liaison with Vat departments related to returns and assessment.

6. Guide team towards matters related to KVAT/entry tax/Excise and Service tax.

7. Ensure all VAT & cenvat credit are as per KVAT and Excise and Service tax law.

8. Manage all documents related to KVAT/ Excise

9. Preparation of data for VAT audit and co-ordinate the same.
