Roles and Responsibilities

Provides a bridge for smooth communication, task execution between the COO and internal departments by demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff

Provide required material, prepare the COO for the upcoming meetings

Accompany COO for all internal meetings, make MoM, follow up with other senior staff for completion of identified/assigned work

Manage special projects for the COO, work independently on mini projects from conception to completion

Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations

Provide responses to the COO requests 24*7 for valid causes

Ensure all office supplies are stocked up neatly and maintain a refreshing office

Provide research and assistance in any quick reports

Identify conferences, meetings to attend to broaden Opteamix branding, COO knowledge

Provide executive, administrative assistance for the COO including:

Managing an active calendar of appointments

Completing expense reports

Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas

Manage COOs guest relations, hospitality
