Reply Job Description Domain Knowledge required: Basic System design which involves: - IBMS System design - Knowledge of preparation of I/O Summery for BMS system - Knowledge of Selection of Chiller management System - Knowledge of Selection of various sensors & controllers - Preparation of single line schematic for the ELV system. - Knowledge of Preparation of Technical Specification & BOQ for BMS & LV system scope of work - Knowledge of Preparation of Architecture for BMS system - Design of IBMS system as per green building requirement - Preparation of layout for IBMS system including CCTV, Access control, Fire alarm System. - Knowledge on Code requirement for Fire Alarm system as per FM Global requirement - Preparation of Power requirement Data sheet for Electrical-UPS design for BMS/ELV System. - Preparation of Coordinated layout along with other services Hand on Experience in handling the following type of HVAC work - Erection of Integrated Building Management system for any one large industry - Erection of CCTV, Access control system, - Erection of Fire alarm System - Experience in installation of Terminal HEPA monitoring system Managerial Skills: - Must have experienced in handling a group of Contractors - Monitoring of the progress of work at site - Project Schedule monitoring for all deliverable at site for the work progress Knowledge of relevant International / National standards Knowledge of AutoCad Software. MS Project or Primavera software. Study of contract documents, specialization, floating of tenders for the work, BOQ and Cost comparison. Familiarize with all the contractual obligations/specifications. Communication with clients. Preparation of progress report for the project on a regular interval.
