Job Brief:

An Academic team member will a part of the content development and management team and will be accountable to assist in content development, training and equipping team of trainers to execute the English language programs at various locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and organize training material/manuals and conduct trainings in close coordination with Project Lead and other team members Develop presentations that utilize a broad range of teaching techniques and strategies Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each learner's ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area Submit monthly, weekly and daily work plan to the Project Lead on regular basis.

Should be charismatic, responsible and confident individual with a strong personality, commitment and passion for education.

Should have the required language competency, presentation & communication skills to deliver the job, and the tact to instill logical thinking, understanding and innovation.
