Perform first line functional support for Record Keeping. To this end, will need strong knowledge of the features and functionality of Portfolio Management System, Static Data Flow and Risk Management.

Understand various functions of Accounting, General Ledger and Compliance Reporting.

Work around complex solutions of Investment Accounting and Cost Base Analysis.

Work with Record Keeping department and IT to prioritize issues

Key participant in solution upgrades (project planning, testing etc.)

Create/Maintain support documentation for the client and internal support teams.

Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system and client.

Analyze current processes, identify gaps in workflows, research system defects and inefficiencies, and recommend and create new solutions to fill these gaps by leveraging Bank Loan Business knowledge.

Participate in the deployment of new solutions or features and functionality modules of existing systems.

Perform first line functional support for Bank Loan. To this end, will need strong knowledge of the features and functionality of Loan IQ, including but not limited to Payments, Reporting tools and Work Flows.

Analyze functional requirements and facilitate the delivery of a solution

Utilize domain knowledge and understanding of enabling technologies to deliver business solutions and assist business unit with development of business cases outlining the current problems /opportunities, risks and potential benefits relating to implementation of solutions.

Competency:

Ability to understand the roles and functions of Record Keeping Team

Ability to interpret business requirements to create clear and concise functional documents for enhancements to the system that can be understood by not only the business analyst team, but also the development team, quality assurance team, service delivery team and the end users.

Hands on experience on any of the financial tools and UAT analysis would be preferred.

Project Management and Process mapping skills.

Demonstrate the ability to read, write, speak, understand and/or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Grade: Manager/Senior Manager

Reporting to: AVP Vertical Head Financial Services

Domain: Middle Office Capital Market

Work Streams: Reconciliation/Record Keeping System/Transaction Management

Total Experience: at least 8 years.

Relevant Business Analyst Experience: at least 2-3 years.

Location: Mahape (Navi Mumbai)

CTC to be offered: Maximum 15 Lacs INR

Travel involved: short term/long term travel to USA/Germany

Please Note:

Profiles with combination of middle office operations in the past and Business Analyst role in the present will be ideal fit.

If the individual travels to an international location, he/she will have to sign a bond with minimum one year stay back clause and a monitory value attached to it.

Candidate must have a valid passport. Candidates with a valid H1 visa will be ideal fit.

Candidates with Commerce/Finance education background will be preferred.
