As a BA Trainee at CNSI, one would have to perform the following activities:

o Gain a solid understanding of the US Health Insurance Industry by making use of the available Training courses and material

o Gain a thorough understanding of the Functionality of one or more existing CNSI Products/Solutions

o Be actively involved in envisioning new Products or Features by doing the necessary research

o Provide the Development & Testing teams with the necessary Functional Details w.r.t either enhancing/maintaining existing products or building a new solution

o Document Product Features in a detailed way in the template prescribed by CNSI this will form the input to Development and Testing teams

o Create and present PowerPoint presentations on a variety of topics including Healthcare Industry Updates and CNSI Product Functionality

o Carry out Demonstrations of CNSI Products after doing all the preparatory work for the same.
