Develop code using c#.net or vb.net or asp.net, understand technical specifications, should have experience in product enhancements development, Bug fixing and Testing Analyze information, requirements and specifications to design and develop solutions for web and windows based applications

Modify existing applications/solutions to implement additional features and functionality

Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little or no supervision

Ability to analyze and research existing application code bases to learn and subsequently enhance with little guidance

Ensures programming results are meeting the clients requirements (specifications) based on the clients business needs

Take care additional responsibilities as assigned

Member should be Proactive, a good team player, should have good communication skills

Ability to Lead the Team and also communicate with client
