Sr. Web GIS Developer/Geoscientist/Android Developer recruitment in Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management – Kerala (IIITM-K) on contract basis

2. Senior Web GIS Developer (Web GIS for soil fertility mapping-RRII) / 1 post.

Essential Qualifications: MSc (IT/CS/Geoinformatics)/ B.Tech in IT/CS, Good Programming skills (HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript). Profound knowledge in Web MAP APIs, Spatial Database etc. Minimum 3 Years experience in Web application development.

Desirable: Should possess theoretical knowledge in Web GIS and Spatial Data Integration. Strong knowledge in configuring and customizing Web MAP APIs. Knowledge in Android application development. Good written & communication skills.

Remuneration: Rs.21000-25000

3. Geoscientist (LRIS) /1 post

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc in Geoinformatics. Minimum 2 years of project experience in related area. Desirable: Proficiency in geospatial software, Spatial Data creation, editing and management, Experienced in Spatial Data Quality assurance practices. Should have good articulation skills.

Remuneration: Rs.18000-21,000 Per Month, depending on the experience.

Android Developer (mobile application spatial data collection-KSLUB) / 1 post.

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc.(IT) B.Tech (IT) MCA. Minim um one year experience in developing Android applications. Desirable Knowledge in creating web applications desirable

Remuneration: Rs. 12,000 – 15,000 Per Month, depending on the experience
