JOB DESCRIPTION:

Troubleshooting hardware, network and software problems

Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook and Outlook express

Configuring and troubleshooting web applications.

Providing technical assistance to the team on complex queries/escalations received from the internal and remote client

Installing Configuring and Administering Microsoft XP /07/08/08.01/10

Updating servers with latest service packs and hot fixes

Antivirus patches updates

Troubleshooting Active Directory replication problems

Installation, Configuration of Network Printers.

Creation of new users on an existing domain.

Creating users in Active Directory domain and assigning policies to Organizational Units.

Installing new computer systems and connecting them to LAN, installing OS and the supporting software

as per the guidelines of the organization.

Applying patches in accordance with company procedures.

Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
