Job Description : C#.NET, ASP.NET Developer

Key Responsibilities:

The position is for Tech Lead for an existing software product developed in C#.Net, ASP.Net and Rest Web Services. The candidate should possess good design & coding skills and debugging skills. Should have good ability to understand the requirements and code base much faster and should take technical ownership and be responsible for higher quality deliverables.

Responsibilities: Excellent working knowledge on C#.Net, ASP.Net and Web Services. Experience on Entity Framework is desirable. Good knowledge on SQL Server. Should be able to quickly understand the existing design and code based on the design. Experience in handling legacy code base is an advantage. Should be able to understand the product CTQ, use cases & requirements and participate in architecture and design discussions Should perform critical design and code reviews and provide technical leadership to drive product quality and illities Should have worked on complete product development life cycle and actively involved from requirements to delivery Should have better knowledge on debugging skills. Experience in using any debugging tools is desirable. Should be a good team player and able to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders Provide software development, enhancement and support for complex .NET (primarily C#) , including Visual Studio 2010 and MVC applications both Windows and ASP.NET based. SQL Server 2008 R2 T-SQL database development ability is also a requirement. Responsibilities include providing business process analysis, custom software development (using Visual Studio 2010, Microsoft Net Frameworks 3.5 & 4.0, SQL Server 2008 R2, MS Office 2010 - 2013, SharePoint Services 2010, Windows Workflow Foundation, Team Foundation Server, etc.) and production system support. Responsible for the maintenance of technical documentation as well as written reporting. Adheres to SDLC policies and procedures including source code control.

Skill

You will be working with existing system that was built in previous versions of .Net. You will be maintaining and adding new enhancements to the existing system. You need to have the ability to analyze the current problems and propose a solution to get the system up and running in short time. You will be working with other remote developers. You should be able to learn the system and stand on your own. This application is very critical to the organization and in production at various customer environments. The environment is very fast and you need to keep up with the rest of the team.
